The hotel had a fantastic live band that created a wonderful atmosphere in the lounge.
Unfortunately, the breakfast options were quite limited and not very appealing for the price.

Friendly staff made check-in smooth and easy.
The room key was constantly failing, which was incredibly frustrating. I had to walk back to reception multiple times just to get access to my room. It felt like a huge inconvenience to deal with this issue, especially after a long day of touring.

Exceptional Service with a Stunning View
I recently stayed in an Executive King Room for 4 nights, and I was truly impressed by the level of service throughout my visit. The staff went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of, and the access to the executive lounge with its fantastic food and drinks was a real treat. I especially loved the view of Mt Fuji, which added a magical touch to my experience. However, the busy lobby at times was a slight inconvenience.
